Alright, back to hard core training today! Yay!!
Looking forward to tonight.
This morning started with Joint Mobility Work and Flexibility Work.
Then I hit a strong Isometric Power Flex Session for the Upper Back, Lats, Mid Back, Lower Back, Biceps, Forearms, Hands, Fingers and Abs.
Finished off with 3 rounds of the "Ring of Fire," working the absolute crap out of it.
Time to make some incredible changes happen.
