Friday August 5th
Feeling awesome!
Today was all about Joint Mobility and Flexibility work.
Than a really strong Isometric Power Flex Session for the Glutes, Hips, Quads, Hams, Calves, Tibialis, and Abs.
Great stuff!!
Looking forward to Monday!
