Sunday Feb 4th End of the cycle
Ended the cycle awesomely, just like the way we started it out.
This morning started with Joint Mobility work.
Also got in some strong Isometric and Isometric Power Flex work for the Shoulders, Biceps, and Triceps.
Great stuff!!
