Thursday Feb 15th night

Awesome evening!!

Started out with 3 sets of 1 for Handstand Push-ups on the Parallettes with Intra-rep Pauses. Take 5 seconds to lower from the full handstand to the midpoint, hold and squeeze for 10 seconds, then lower to the bottom over 5 seconds. Repeat on the way up.

Then hit 3 sets of 12, 12 and 15 per side for 1-arm Lateral Raise Variations, using a different body position on each set

Then killed a very sweet 2 movement combo with a reverse ladder. hit 5 Barbell Upright rows, clean to shoulders and hit 5 Overhead Presses, then 4 upright rows, 4 presses, 3 upright rows, 3 presses, 2 upright rows, 2 presses, 1 upright row and 1 press. Rest while Melissa does her set and repeat for 3 full rounds.

Then got in 3 sets of 1 for Barbell Biceps Curls with Intra-rep Pauses, again taking 5 seconds to raise from the bottom to the midpoint, squeezing and holding for 10 seconds, then taking 5 seconds to go from the midpoint to the top. Repeating the process on the way down.

Hit 3 sets of 10, 10 and 8 for DB Zottman Curls

Got in 3 sets of 6, 6 and 5 per side for 1-arm Seated DB Concentration Curls

Moved onto 3 sets of 10 for DVR Triceps Pressdowns

Hit 3 sets of 10, 10 and 8 for Jungle Gym Overhead Extensions

Got 3 sets of 8 for 2-arm Kickbacks.

Finished up with 2 sets of 8 and 6 for 1-arm DB Curls on the right side only
