Saturday Jne 7th evening part 2: 1-arm pull up variations
super-setted with handstand to plnache, here's the final set of the 1-arm top position pull up holds to 1-arm pull-up negatives to scapula work. I did these with only 1 finger on the assisting hand helping out and they felt really good.
