Tuesday June 3rd evening part 8: Finishers: Wall Drive Sprints
Finisher of choice this cycle, the wall drive sprint. Sprint as hard as you can for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds, and repeat for a total of 10 sprints. Here's my 10th one of the night.
