Saturday June 7th evening part 6: Back Lever Negatives


The last part of the super set of body curls and back lever negatives on the gymnastics rings. Here's the back lever negatives. I wasn't happy with the last few sessions of these so I pulled it back a level and kept the body in a half lever position instead of trying for the full lever or 1-leg version. This felt pretty strong.
