Wednesday June 11th morning part 4: Freestanding Handstand Push ups
Was hitting 4's pretty easily on the parallets. So, I decided to go for 5's on the final set of freestanding handstand push ups. Hit 5 rep, but they were all pretty high. Going to work more on the depth on Friday.
