Started out with some DVR and Isometric work for the hands.
Hit some Joint Mobility and Flexibility work.
Then hit 3 sets of 10 for the following:
1.) DVR Eagle Flex
2.) DSR Leiderman's Press
3.) DVR Pull-ups
4.) DVR Bent Over Rows
5.) DVR Half Squats
6.) DVR 1-leg Leg Curls
7.) DVR Abdominal Contractions
Also hit some Vacuum practice.
