2.) DVR Atlas Flex and Press
3.) DVR High Reaches
4.) DVR 1-arm Pull-ups
5.) DVR Full Range Pec Contractions
6.) DVR Shoulder Rolls
7.) DVR Wrist Twists
8.) DVR Lateral Raises
9.) DVR Bicep and Triceps Contractions
10.) DVR Abs Contractions
11.) DVR Squats
12.) DVR Calf Raises
