Rough morning Parallet practice today.
Hit 3 sets of 90 degree push ups
3 sets of Handstand to Straddle Planche
3 sets of L-sit to Straddle Planche
3 sets of Straddle Planche Holds
3 sets of 30 seconds a piece for Handstand Holds
And, 3 sets of 10 for DVR Hand Extension Work
Overall a good, but rough practice.
