Hit 3 sets of 5 for Rings Iron Cross Pumps
Then hit 3 sets of my best ever Rings Straddle Back Levers
Nailed 3 sets of Rings Front Levers
Hit 3 sets of Rings Forward Rolls
Got in 3 sets of 3 for Rings Muscle Ups
Worked on 3 sets of Rings Straddle Planche Holds
Then hit 3 really strong sets of Rings Reverse Muscle Up Negatives.
Also got in 3 sets of 10 for DVR Hand Extensions.
And got in some strong Isometric Power Flex work for the entire Lower Body and the Midsection.
