Wonderful training tonight!!
Started out with 3 sets of 3 for 1-arm Pull-ups with a slight assist
Then hit 3 sets of 1-arm Pull-up Negatives, taking a full 5-10 seconds to lower
Then moved onto the following circuit: Hit as many rounds as possible of as many reps as possible with no rest in between movements or rounds; and taking a full 10 seconds for each rep of each move.
a.) Push-ups
b.) Recline Body Rows
c.) Bodyweight Squats
Hit 3 rounds of 11 for the Push-ups, 3 rounds of 10 for the Rows and 3 rounds of 35, 40 and 40 for the squats. Took 31 minutes and 20 seconds to complete.
Finished up with Joint Mobility work
