Tuesdy Dec 25th

Easy day today!!

The morning was:

Started out with 4 sets of 75 for Feet-elevate Push-ups

3 sets of 3 for Wall Walk Bridges

Yoga, Wrestlers and Gymnastics Bridge work

Vacuum Practice and Isometric Power Flexes for the Midsection

Joint Mobility work

Isometric Power Flexes for the Lower Back, Mid Back, Upper Back, Lats and Traps

Great stuff!

The evening was off for Christmas Day
