Started out with 3 sets of 10 for DVR Squats
Hit 3 sets of 5 for Scissors Squats
Got in 3 sets of 20 per side for Hawaiian Squats
Hit 3 sets of 10 for DVR Leg Extensions
Moved onto 3 sets of 10 for DVR Leg Curls
Got in 3 sets of 10 per side for DVR 1--leg Leg Curls
Hit 2 sets of 15 per side for Slow and Paused 1-leg Standing Calf Raises
Great stuff!!
