Friday Dec 11th morning
Awesome morning today.
Got in my Joint Mobility and Flexibility work.
Nailed 3 sets of 20 for Hand Extenders.
Then had some strong Isometric Power Flew work for the entire Lower Body and the Midsection.
Great stuff!!
