Thursday Dec 31st morning
Awesome morning today.
Hit my Joint Mobility and Flexibility work.
Nailed 3 sets of 10 in each direction for my Neck.
And got in some great Isometric Power Flexes for the entire Back and midsection.
Looking Forward to tonight.
