Got in Vacuum Practice and Isometric Power Flexes for the Midsection
Hit 3 sets of 10 per side for DSR Neck Work, tilting to the left and tilting to the right
Got in Joint Mobility work
Hit 5 minutes of Qi Gung Practice
Great morning!!
The evening was just recovery and rest
