Thursday June 27th night

Great training tonight!!

Started out with 4 sets of 12, 8, 5 and 18 per side for 1-arm DB Chest Flies

Hit 4 sets of 12, 8, 6 and 20 for T-bar Rows

Got in 4 sets of 12, 8, 6 and 20 per side for DB Bulgarian Split Squats

Hit 4 sets of 12, 8, 6 and 20 per side for 1-leg Weighted Straight Leg Bridges

Finished up with Joint Mobility work

Great night!
