Tuesday Aug 8th night

Fun back-off week training tonight! Keeping it in the DVR wheelhouse.

Hit 3 sets of 10 for each of the following:

1.) Pec Crossovers
2.) Shoulder Rolls
3.) Lateral Raises
4.) Bent Rows
5.) Leg Extensions
6.) Leg Curls
7.) Wrist Twists
8.) Biceps and Triceps Contractions
9.) Abs Contractions.
