Awesome Wednesday!!
Hit my Joint Mobility and Flexibility work.
Got in some strong Isometric Power Flexes for the Biceps, Triceps and Midsection
And nailed 3 sets of 10 for the Hands.
Great stuff!!
Looking forward to squat night tomorrow!!!!
