Then hit 3 sets of 10 of the following circuit:
1.) Liederan Press
2.) Eagle Flex
3.) Bear Flex
4.) Gorilla Flex
5.) Bull Elk Flex
6.) DVR Abdominal Contractions
6 great DVR and DSR Movements. Loved it.
Then hit 3 rounds of the Ring of Fire. And, practiced some Relaxed Poses.
