Great training tonight!!
Started out with 4 sets of 3 for Explosive Pike Jumps
Hit 3 sets of 3 for Kneeling Kip Ups
Got in 3 sets of 20 for Slow Straight Leg Bridges
Hit 3 sets of 10 per side for Slow 1-leg Bird Dog Raises
Hit 3 sets of 20 per side for Slow Hawaiian Squats
Got in 3 sets of 15, 12 and 12 for Weighted Plie Squats
Hit a nice cool down walk followed by some Joint Mobility work and some Relaxed Stretching
