Great night of training, keeping the tabula rasa going!

Started out with 3 sets of 6 per side for Bruiser Clubbell Side Cleans

Hit 3 sets of 10 per side for Clubbell Forward Pendulums

Got in 3 sets of 10 per side for Clubbell Bullwhips

Hit 3 sets of 8 for Double Clubbell Flag Presses
