Started out with 4 sets of 80 for Classic Push-ups
Hit 3 sets of 3 for Wall Walk Bridges
Got in Yoga, Wrestlers and Gymnastics Bridge work
Hit my Vacuum Practice and Isometric Power Flexes for the Midsection
Got in 1 sets of 10 each for Bridging Neck work in each direction
Hit some nice Joint Mobility work
Played around with some Kettlebell Get-ups
