Started out this morning with 3 sets of 3 for Wall Walk Bridges
Hit my Yoga, Wrestlers and Gymnastics Bridge work
Got in my Vacuum Practice and Isometric Power Flex Work for the Midsection
Hit 3 sets per side for 1-arm Handstand Variations
Got in 3 sets per side for Air Baby Variations
Hit 3 sets per side for 1-arm Bent-arm Lever Variations
Got in 2 minutes of Down Dog To Up Dog Spinal Wave Flows
Hit 2 minutes of Shin Box Extension Rolls
Got in some awesome Joint Mobility work
Great morning!
The evening was a nice mixture of Weighted Stretching, Dynamic Stretching, Isometric Stretching, Strength Stretching and Relaxed Stretching
