Monday Aug 6th night

Wonderful night tonight!!

Started out with Explosive Tuck Jumps for 4 sets of 3

Then hit 3 sets of 10 per side for Elevated Pistol Squats

Got in 8 sets of 8 for Gironda Style Sissy Squats with only 10 seconds of rest in between sets

Hit 3 sets of 10 per side for Deep Shrimp Squats

Moved onto 3 sets of 12 per side for 1-leg Repetition Hamstring Bridges

Got in 8 sets of 8 for Weighted Leg Curl/Hip Thrusts with only 10 seconds of rest between sets

Hit 3 sets of 20 seconds per side for 1-leg Isometric Leg Curls

Got in 1 sets of 1-leg Standing Calf Raises

And hit 1 sets of 100 for Adductor Flies

Finished off with a mixture of Joint Mobility, Strength Stretching, Isometric Stretching, Dynamic Stretching and Relaxed Stretching
