Great training tonight. Using some Tabula Rasa, or cleaning the slate to help my back injury heal.
Started out with 3 sets of 10 per side for Clubbell Mills
Got in 3 sets of 10 per side for Clubbell Parry Casts
Hit 3 sets of 8 per side for Clubbell Shield Casts
Got in 3 sets of 8 for Kettlebell Goblet Squats
Great stuff!!
