Great night tonight. Worked around the back very nicely.
Started out with 4 sets of 3 for Pike Jumps
Hit 3 sets of 3 for Kneeling Kip Ups
Got in 3 sets of 20 for Slow Straight Leg Bridges
Hit 3 sets of 10 per side for Bird Dog Raises
Got in 3 sets of 10 per side for Hawaiian Squats
Hit 3 sets of 16 for Slow and Paused Plie Squats
Great stuff!!
