Started out with Isometric Power Flexes for the Triceps and Biceps
Hit Vacuum Practice and Isometric Power Flexes for the Midsection
Got in 3 sets of 3 for Wall Walk Bridges
Worked my Yoga, Wrestlers and Gymnastics Bridges
Played around with some Straddle Planche Work on the Parallets
Hit some awesome Joint Mobility work
Got in some sweet Strength Stretching, Dynamic Stretching and Relaxed Stretching
