Wednesday March 14th morning
Great morning today!!
Started out with Isometric Power Flex work for the Entire Back and the Midsection
Got some nice Vacuum Practice in
Hit some strong Joint Mobility and Flexibility work
Got in 200 Push-ups
Ended with 3 rounds of the Ring of Fire
Great stuff!!
