Hit a really nice 4 sets of Parallel Bar Dips to Tuck Planche.
Moved onto 3 strong sets of Eagle Flex.
Then Nailed 3 strong sets per side of Chest Isometrics with a 10 second contraction on each side in the bottom, mid and top position.
Got in a great death set of Feet-elevated Push ups right into Classic Push ups right into Body-elevated Push ups with my bodyweight plus an additional 120 pounds.
Nailed 3 good sets of Barbell Concentration curls with 225 pounds.
Got in 3 tough sets of Barbell Curl "21's" with 95 pounds.
Nailed 3 sets of Hammer Curls on each side with 70 pounds.
Finished strong with 3 sets of Straddle L-sits.
Then Nailed an alternating 10 rounds of 30 sprints for Medicine Ball Slam Sprints and Rope Skipping Sprints.
