Sunday August 9th envening Wrap Up

Feeling great tonight.

Nailed 3 sets of Bent-arm Handstands

Then it was 3 sets of Forearms Stands

Moved onto 5 sets of Straddle Planches

Then to 5 sets of 5 for Strict Straddle Press Handstands

Hit 3 set of 3 for Strict Pike Press Handstands

Finished off with 3 sets of 3 for Handstand to Forward Roll

Great Weekend of training!!
