Started out with 3 awesome sets of the parallet combination.
Moved onto 3 sets of doubles for high bar Direction Changes.
Then nailed 3 really great sets of parallet handstand to straddle planches.
Moved onto 3 sets of High Bar Kip to Top Supports.
Hit a strong 3 sets of Parallet L-sits to Straddle Planches.
Got in 3 sets of 3 for High Bar Muscle Ups to Forward Rolls
Nailed 3 nice sets of Parallet Tuck Planche to Straddle Planches.
Nailed a really good Parallet Handstand Death Set.
Then Challenged myself to hit 4 sets of 5 for High Bar Muscle Ups
Also got in some strong Isometric work for the Hand Extensors and some strong Isometric Power Flexes for the chest and midsection.
