After two nice warm up sets, nailed a strong4 sets of 6 reps for Upright Rows with 200 pounds.
Hit 3 awesome sets of 6 reps per side for Read Delt Raises with 123 pounds per side
Nailed 3 strong sets of 6 reps per side for Lateral Raises with 88 pounds per side
Killed the 4 movement, no rest between movements, Shoulder Death Set; getting 15 reps on each movement with a pair of 25 pounders.
Nailed 3 strong rounds of the Abdominal Death Set getting (with no rest between movements) 20 Parallel Bar Leg Raises, 12 V-ups and 12 Coffin Sit ups per round.
Had a strong 3 sets of 5 reps per side for Saxon Side Bends with 45 pounds.
Nailed a strong 10 rounds of Wall Drive Sprint Work.
