This morning I started out with 3 sets of 3 for Rings Kip to Top Supports
Then hit 3 sets of Rings Forward Rolls
Moved onto 3 sets of 5 for Iron Cross Pumps.
Then it was time for 3 sets of 3 for Rings Muscle Ups
From there I moved onto 3 sets of Rings Bent-arm Lever to L-sit
Then hit 4 run throughs of the new Rings Routine.
Got in 3 strong sets of Rings Shoulder Stands.
Nailed 3 strong sets of Rings Handstands.
Got In a nice 3 sets of 5 really deep Handstand Push ups on the rings.
Nailed some really strong 3 sets of super strict Pseudo Planche Push ups on the rings.
Saw great improvements on my German Hang
Also nailed some strong Isometric Neck Work
Got in some powerful Isometric Power Flex Work for the Shoulders, Biceps and Midsection.
Great Practice and a great way to start out the week.
