Saturday August 8th morning wrap up

Love this morning's practice. You have to love it anytime you're able to practice outside, on a beautiful day, with your gorgeous bride!!

Hit 3 sets of High Bar Changes.

Moved onto 3 sets of High Bar Kip to Top Support

Then Nailed 5 sets of High Bar Muscle Ups

Worked into 3 sets of High Bar Muscle Ups to Forward Rolls

Nailed 3 sets of 15 reps for High Bar Dips

And Finished Off with 3 sets of Human Flags!
