Saturday Augus 8th night wrap up

Had a wonderful training session tonight.

Hit 5 sets of 5 for Strict Straddle Press Handstands.

Then hit 5 sets of Straddle Planches

Moved on to 3 sets of 3 for Back Extension Handstands.

Finished off with 3 sets of 3 for Strict Pike Press Handstands.

Awesome stuff.
