Weird morning and evening so I didn't get a chance to do my normal stuff.
This morning was all about the Isometric Power Flexes. Nailed them for the shoulders, triceps and midsection
The evening was all about the isometrics.
Hit a nice and strong 3 sets of Wall Chair Isometrics with 3 different foot positions.
Got in a strong 3 sets of Isometric 1-leg Extensions
3 set of Isometric 1-leg curls
And a number of Isometric Power Flexes for the Quads, Hamstrings, Calves, Glutes and Tibialis muscles.
