Thursday August 21st wrap up
Had a day pretty close to yesterday, training wise
Hit strong Isometric Power Flexes for the Butt, Hips, Quads, Hammies, Calves, Tibialis and Midsection in the morning.
Then, took the evening off.
Good stuff!
