Started out with 3 strong sets of Archer Pull-ups on the rings, hitting 6 reps (3 per side) in each set.
Then Moved onto 3 sets of 5 for Front Lever Pulls on the rings. Great stuff.
Moved onto 3 sets of 5 per side for 1-arm Bent Rows using 216 pounds. Awesome!
Then hit 3 sets of 10 second contractions for Isometric Shrugs.
Got in a strong 3 rounds for an abdominal death set hitting (without any rest between movements) 15 parallel bar leg raises, 10 v-ups and 10 coffin sit ups per round.
Got in 3 sets of 20 reps per side for side raises.
Finished off with 10 rounds of 30 seconds on/30 seconds rest for 1-arm Kettlebell snatch sprints.
Great training tonight.
