Wednesday August 5th night wrap up

Awesome training tonight. Loving the new cycle!!

The main part of the workout was the following with no rest in between movements:

1 minute rope skipping sprint
20 1-arm Kettlebell Snatches (10 per side)
1 minute rope skipping sprint
20 1-arm Kettlebell Clean and Presses (10 per side)
1 minute rope skipping sprint
20 1-arm Kettlebell Swings (10 per side)
1 minute rope skipping sprint
20 2-arm Kettlebell swings
1 minute rope skipping sprint
20 1-arm Kettlebell snatches (10 per side)
1 minute rope skipping sprint
20 1-arm Kettlebell clean and presses (10 per side)
1 minute rope skipping sprint
20 1-arm Kettlebell Swings (10 per side)
1 minute rope skipping sprint
20 2-arm Kettlebel Swings
1 minute rope skipping sprint
20 1-arm Kettelbell snatches (10 per side)
1 minute Rope Skipping Sprint

Rested for about 60 seconds then nailed 3 sets of  Parallel Bar V-sits for 10 seconds a piece.
