Hit the following with no rest in between movements:
1 minute rope skipping sprint
20 1-arm K-bell snatches (10 per side)
1 minute rope skipping sprint
20 1-arm K-bell clean and presses (10 per side)
1 minute rope skipping sprint
20 1-arm K-bell swings (10 per side)
1 minute rope skipping sprint
20 2-arm K-bell swings
1 minute rope skipping sprint
20 1-arm K-bell snatches (10 per side)
1 minute rope skipping sprint
20 1-arm K-bell clean and presses (10 per side)
1 minute rope skipping sprint
20 1-arm K-bell swings (10 per side)
1 minute rope skipping sprint
20 2-armK-bell swings
1 minute rope skipping sprint
20 1-arm K-bell snatches (10 per side)
1 minute rope skipping sprint
Then finished off with 3 sets of 10 seconds for Parallel Bar V-sits.
