Wednesday August 12th morning wrap up

What a great practice this morning.

Started off with 5 sets of 3 for different handstand entries.

Moved onto working my 1-arm cartwheels,  Aerial cartwheels and Butterfly kicks on each side.

Hit 3 solid rounds of my Floor Routine.

Got in some awesome martial arts kicking drills.

Plus, nailed some strong Isometrics for the forearms, and some awesome Isometric Power Flexes for the Hands, Forearms and Midsection.

Great stuff.
