Tuesday August 18th wrap up

Again, working on the weird training week, but having a great time with it.

This morning started out with Isometric Power Flexes for the Chest, Biceps and Midsection.

Than had a great mixture of Isometric work and Isometric Power Flexes for the traps, lats, upper back, mid back and lower back in the evening.

Great stuff without a doubt!
