Hit 2 warm up sets of Hack Squats and then bombed out on my 4 sets of them.
Nailed 3 sets of 10 for stretch pause sissy squats with bodyweight plus 40 pounds.
Killed the 1-leg Isometric Leg Extensions. Hit a good 10 second powerful contraction for the start and mid position on both legs, then nailed a strong 30 second contraction for the end position on each leg. Powerful stuff!
Moved on to 1-leg Hip Thrusts/Leg Curls and got a strong 3 sets of 20 reps on each leg.
Then moved on to 3 sets of 10 reps for Romanian Deadlifts with 315 pounds.
Hit 3 good sets of 1-leg Isometric Leg Curls, catching a 10 second strong contraction at the start, mid and end position on each leg.
Finished off with 3 pretty strong sets of 10 seconds for V-sits.
Overall, a great session.
