Saturday August 29th wrap up

Awesome High Bar and Flag practice today.

Nailed 3 sets of 2 for High Bar Swing Direction Changes

Then hit 3 sets of High Bar Kip to Support

Got in 3 sets of 4 for High Bar Muscle Ups

Nailed 3 sets of High Bar Forward Rolls

Worked on 3 sets of High Bar Back Rolls

And finished up with 3 strong sets on each side of Human Flags

Awesome day!
