Wednesday August 26th morning

Wonderful morning of Tumbling, Floor Routine, Human Flag and Martial Arts practice. Went really well.

Started off with 5 sets of 3 for handstand work, hitting 5 different entries into the handstand.

Then nailed my 1-arm cartwheels on both side

Worked on my Aerial cartwheels on both side

got in some strong Butterfly kick work on each side.

Nailed numerous rounds of the Floor Routine,

Worked on Back Extensions

Added in 3 sets of Back Extensions to 1/2 turns to Forward Rolls, helps to keep good form on these, lol.

Worked on 3 sets per side of Human Flags

Did some    Misc. Martial Arts Drills

Also got in some strong Isometric work for the forearms as well as some strong Isometric Power Flexes for the hands, forearms and midsection.
