Nailed 2 warm up sets of Barbell Hack Squats. Then absolutely owned 435 pounds for 4 sets of 5 reps.
Moved onto 3 sets of 10 reps for Stretch Pause Sissy Squats with bodyweight plus 55 pounds.
Hit 3 sets of 30 seconds for 1-leg Isometric Leg Extensions each leg.
Got in a strong 3 sets of 25 reps on each leg for 1-leg Hip Thrust/Leg Curls.
Nailed 3 sets of 10 reps for Romanian Deadlifts with 325 pounds.
Got in a strong 3 sets per leg of 1-leg Isometric Leg Curls with 10 second contractions.
Finished off with 3 sets of 10 seconds for Parallel Bar V-sits.
