Started out with Joint Mobility work
Hit the following:
1 set of 30 seconds for Horse Stance Holds
1 set of 30 seconds per side for Side Horse Stance Holds
1 set of 30 seconds per side for Bow Stance Holds
1 set of 30 seconds per side for Crouching Stance Holds
1 set of 30 seconds per side for Empty Stance Holds
1 set of 30 seconds per side for Side Stance Holds
60 minutes of Wu Dang Kung Fu Practice
10 minutes of Tai Chi Chuan Kung Fu Practice
